We finally got a final set of plans to submit to the city, we are submitting this week, and hopefully we'll have the 1st review by end of January, re submit all comments and hopefully final comments 1st week of February, so I would say by either end of February to beginning of March we should have a permit, this is according to what the city is being doing lately with time frames and we hope is right.
If this is all correct I should have the shell of the house done by August the latest, the house
should be about 90% completed by end of the
year. Im shooting for a 10 - 12 Month Construction Time Line.
